Seyedeh Maryam Mousavi, managing director of the province’s Quran and Etrat Institutes, said the 40-strong delegation will be in Iraq for a week.
They will visit the holy cities of Najaf, Karbala, Samarra and Kadhimiya, she said.
As well as making pilgrimage to the holy sites, she noted, the visit is aimed at sharing experiences in running Quranic programs.
They will also take part in Quranic programs and recitation sessions, Mousavi went on to say.
